About Us
We Work Hard To Provide You The Best Quality Workshops to empower yourself and you Child
Self-esteem is the collection of beliefs or feelings that we have about ourselves, or our “self-perceptions.” How we define ourselves influences our motivations, attitudes, and behaviors and affects our emotional adjustment. Patterns of self-esteem start very early in life.
About Me
Hello, I am Joanna …. During this global Covid-19 pandemic I recognised a great need to assist children with their psychological well-being. Children as young as 2-years would come to my practice for play therapy as they were experiencing major distress. The WHO statistics on mental health in children in particular are alarming and have been highlighted during these times.
This is how Sufi the Squirrel was born.
Squirrels are known to be resourceful, Squirrels are smart, playful, and extremely good at camouflaging. They are hardworking, intelligent, and have acute senses which aid in their survival.
a squirrel represents a focus on the future. It stresses the ability to camouflage itself from predators and to save food/nuts for the cold and dark days ahead.
